Winter Fuel Specs do not come into force until the middle of November and it is likely that end users will have plenty of stock of summer grade fuel well into the winter season and through the first
frosts. Waxing of summer grade fuel – exacerbated by the higher FAME contents – can be inhibited by the use of exocet® Anti Wax.This is a practice adopted year-round by many standby generation plants and emergency applications.
